1. Operator is defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.
2. Personal information is defined as such under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

1. You hereby authorize Air Skyways Travels, to collect your Personal Information as it relates to this Agreement and/or the service we provide for you, or as it is judged to be relevant for the provision of such service.
2. Air Skyways Travels is committed to adhering to national rules and regulations regarding to data privacy protection.
3. Air Skyways Travels will utilize the information you previously supplied to fulfill our services, including processing invoices, credit notes, statements, and any other documents relating to the services.

4. You agree that we may share your personal information with the following individuals who are required to keep your personal information private and confidential:

1. Workers of Air Skyways Travels who are required to be notified of the personal information in order to attend to the services given and
2. All third parties who may help us deliver the services.

5. We pledge not to share your personal information unless legally or contractually compelled to do so.
6. We commit to use all reasonable measures to ensure your personal information in our control is kept secret, maintained in a secure way, and processed in terms of POPI.
7. You hereby recognize and warrant that:

1. Air Skyways Travels is authorized to process and store any such Personal Information in accordance with the Air Skyways Travels Privacy Policy, which is available on the website www.airskywaystravels.com;
2. Air Skyways Travels is authorized to transfer any Personal Information to any of its Operators; and
3. Air Skyways Travels is authorized to store and back up your personal information on its servers.

8. You confirm that you have read and agree to Air Skyways Trips Privacy Policy and hereby grant Pentravel permission to handle your personal information, acknowledging that you understand the purpose for which it is necessary and how it will be used.
